Funeral services for Josie Lynn Robertson will be Saturday, Sept. 3, 2016, at 11 a.m., at MK Dixon Funeral Home in Baldwin. The Rev. Richard Archangel, pastor of God’s Garden of Love in Jeanerette, will conduct the services.
Visitation will be Saturday, Sept. 3, from 9 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
She will be buried in the Sorrell Community Cemetery.
Born on August 3, 1982 to the late Robert Joseph Robertson and Brenda Poledore, Josie departed this life on August 20, 2016. She was 34.
She leaves to cherish her memories her children, Ja’Qualyen, Jo’Myron and Jo’Vontrey of Four Corners; her mother, Brenda (Jacko) Poledore of Four Corners; sister, Shalisa Cerf of Four Corners; brothers, Jopol (Quinyetta) Robertson of Baton Rouge; David (Joelyn) Robertson of Rayne; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father; grandmother, Beatrice A. Cerf; grandfathers, Edgar Cerf, Isaac Brown; and aunt, Bettye A. Hines.
