Portia Humphrey Jackson, 108, a native of Berwick and lifelong resident of Patterson, died Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2016, at Ochsner Medical Center - West Bank in Harvey.
Visitation will be Thursday at Mason United Methodist Church in Berwick from 10 a.m. until graveside services at 11 a.m. in the Berwick Cemetery, the Rev. Harold Spain officiating.
She is survived by a daughter, Portia J. McCallum of Harvey; a grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and six sisters.
Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
